Kudos Korner applaudes the successes and achievements of all students of the Smalls Institute. This month we are highlighting............................

M.A.P. Live .......... Strings Ensemble
M.A.P. Live will take center stage at West Ashley Paisano's Pizza Grill on April 14, 2015 at 6:00pm. This 7th grade Trio of best friends have been performing at Art Festivals, concerts and other public performances for the past two years. M.A.P. members are Maya Lucas, Ashlyn Evatt, and Peyton Smalls.
Maya plays the violin, praise dances and sings on the choir at her church. She plays basketball, softball, and cheers with the Haut Gap Pom Squad this year for the first time. Maya is very competitive and loves a challenge.
Ashlyn plays Viola and is a Cheerleader. This is her third year in both activities. Ashlyn also enjoys gymnastics and hanging out with friends. If it has to do with a split or flip, she's down for it.
Peyton loves doing anything athletic that keeps her moving. She loves shopping and especially basketball. All three friends enjoy skating at Hot Wheels.
M.A.P. Live! will perform at the Smalls Institute fundraiser on April 14, 2015 at 6:00pm. Please come out and support these students in their TRIO performance and also grab a bite to eat; as proceeds will benefit the Smalls Institute and their mission of providing mobile music classroom instruction to disadvantaged students attending Title I schools, as well as performance opportunities to all students. We look forward to seeing you on April 14th!
Kudos, Maya, Ashlyn and Peyton!
